What Makes a Good Print File?

Understanding these basics helps ensure your final product looks exactly as intended.

Resolution Matters
Always use 300dpi or above. Low-resolution files will appearblurry when printed at actual size.

Bleed & Cut Line
Extend your design to the bleed area toavoid white edges. Always provide final product dimensions (width × height) in your artwork file.

Transparent Background
For die-cut shaped products,use a transparent background(PNG or Al) so the cut follows your artwork precisely.

Q4: What file formats do you accept?

We accept AI, PSD, PDF, PNG (300dpi+). If you don’t have a print-ready file, our team can assist with file preparation.

Q5: How do I track my order status?

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Your account manager will also keep you updated at each key production milestone.

Q6: I received my order, but something is wrong. What should I do?

✘ If the issue is caused by incorrect information, wrong artwork, or a production plan confirmed by you, the cost of re-production will be borne by the customer.

✓ If the issue is caused by an error on our end — including incorrect production or a deviation from the confirmed artwork — we will re-make the products at no additional charge.
